Isabelle J. is the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant at The Amanda Armstrong Group. Having lived on Cape Ann for the majority of her life, Isabelle has a deep connection to the area and an intimate understanding of the community she serves. Before joining The Amanda Armstrong Group, she honed her leadership and organizational skills as a Branch Operations Manager at a bank, where she developed a strong foundation in operations management and customer relations.

In her current role, Isabelle brings her expertise to the dynamic world of real estate, ensuring every transaction runs seamlessly. Outside of work, she takes full advantage of the natural beauty of Cape Ann, spending time exploring greenbelt trails and cherishing moments with her partner and son. Her lifelong ties to Cape Ann and passion for fostering connections make her an invaluable member of both her professional and local communities.
