Meet Our Team

Carling Berglund is a native to Rockport, MA and a recent graduate of Endicott College. She has always had a strong affinity for English literature and loves to read and write in her spare time. She was raised by one of the most accomplished real estate agents in the North Shore, and has since taken up the profession as her own, using her mother, Amanda Armstrong, as inspiration and guidance to navigate the field. Her most beloved hobbies include quietly completing paint by numbers while listening to audio books, finding new true crime podcasts to enjoy, and playing with her troublemaker of a cat, Loki. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends, and counts herself lucky to have grown up in such a beautiful town with a rich history and artistic culture. Her deep appreciation for and knowledge of the North Shore has proved invaluable to her as a fresh face on the real estate market, and she is looking forward to making a name for herself as yet another successful agent and following in her mother’s footsteps.
