Irish by blood and Boston by choice, Amanda Armstrong moved to the states in 1992 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern before pivoting into residential realty. A natural in the real estate game, she landed Rookie of the Year in 2006, and quickly made a name for herself, ascending into the upper echelon of top producing agents.

A North Shore expert whose scope spans from Nahant to Rockport, Amanda knows that everyone’s needs are different. The one common denominator? A fierce reputation for acting in her client’s best interests. A notoriously early riser who works tirelessly for her clients, she’s quick to forge authentic connections. Known to meet clients in their own homes, she works to fulfill their goals in a positive, memorable, and meaningful way.

A fearless Realtor® who relishes competition, Amanda has always loved the challenge of winning listings, negotiating contracts, and selling unsellable properties. But at the end of the day, her greatest satisfaction is handing over the keys to a buyer’s new home and helping sellers cross the finish line. Those are her real wins. Residing in Rockport with her family, Amanda adores her community’s coastline and likeness to her Irish roots, from its ancient forests and rugged granite to spectacular beaches. A self-professed “spin addict,” she also finds time for hiking, road biking, white water kayaking, and the occasional pick-up basketball game with her sons. Between running a full-time business and raising four kids, she’s used to running at breakneck speeds. That’s classic Amanda. She’s never been one to slow down.
